AUTHENTICITY: the space’s primary business is in coworking (not in renting vacant real estate).
VERSATILITY: the space provides both flex space/hot desks & meeting rooms (and, ideally, space for networking events).
SUSTAINABILITY: the space has been in business for over a year, or the space has more than 25 members.
CAPACITY: the space is willing and able to accept (in both work & meeting space) visiting coworkers from LExC member spaces.
ORGANIZATION: the space employs an on-site community manager who is responsible for day-to-day member experience.
TECHNOLOGY: the space uses, or is willing to use, the LiquidSpace platform to book workspace and meeting rooms.
COMMITMENT: the space is willing and able to pay the annual $1000 LExC membership fee, and willing to participate in or attend a minimum of 4 meetings per year.
