Grind operates as an innovative coworking platform serving freelancers, entrepreneurs, mobile professionals and companies of varying sizes who collaborate—working nimbly and independently on their own terms. Grind’s spaces are designed to fuel the leap from traditional corporate work environments to “the future of work” by offering not only places to work, but also communities of hard-working individuals who can share advice and expertise to enhance opportunities.
A short jaunt from 12 different subway lines as well as Penn Station and the Path, Grind NoMad is one of the more convenient destinations in NYC. Its 27,000 square feet were designed and built to accommodate a variety of needs–it is home to ample private offices, a multitude of conference rooms, open coworking space, separate dedicated space, three buzzing cafes and event space (and, subsequently, every type of Grind Membership). Unwork in the heart of NYC.
Grind Park is Grind’s first location, built in 2011. It is predominantly open, non-dedicated space, but contains private offices and conference rooms, making it a home for all of Grind’s varied memberships. Not just a workspace—the world’s first un-workspace.
Located just a brief walk from the WTC hub, Grind FiDi is just as convenient as its sister space in NoMad. Private offices, conference rooms, dedicated space and open coworking space are all available here. Powered by Verizon, this is the go-to space for anyone in the tech industry.
