Build a remarkable operation alongside extraordinary peers.

LExC is the premier peer group for independent coworking operators. Grow your business alongside the people who understand it best.

Why Join LExC

  • Our monthly calls create a consistent space for operators to exchange ideas, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from one another. Members openly share what’s working in their spaces, from operational workflows to community programming, so everyone benefits from real-world insights.

  • Each year, LExC members gather for an in-person retreat designed to deepen relationships and tackle the most important issues facing coworking operators. Sessions include peer-led discussions, expert workshops, and collaborative problem-solving that goes far beyond what’s possible in virtual meetings.

  • LExC regularly gathers around major coworking industry events, hosting member meetups and informal gatherings that make conferences more valuable and more fun. Whether it’s a breakfast, coworking day, or social event, these moments strengthen the relationships that power the network.

  • LExC actively invests in learning experiences that benefit the entire membership, from expert-led workshops to collaborative learning sessions. These opportunities help members stay ahead of industry changes while building practical skills they can apply immediately.

  • Membership is intentionally limited and carefully curated. This creates an environment where operators can share financials, challenges, strategies, and lessons learned with confidence, knowing everyone in the room understands the realities of running an independent coworking space.

  • Members often share operational metrics, pricing models, and performance benchmarks that help others better understand how their spaces compare and where opportunities exist.

  • Need advice from someone who has solved a similar challenge? Members regularly connect one another with the right person in the network for a quick call, a deep dive, or an ongoing collaboration.

  • Benefit from the LExC/LiquidSpace portal, which enables participating spaces to offer a travel-friendly perk for their members. Through the network, members visiting another LExC location can access a limited special discounts. It’s a simple way to extend hospitality across the community while giving your own members added flexibility when they’re on the road.
